M\u00e9langer le tout jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez une p\u00e2te ferme qui ne colle pas. Puis p\u00e9trissez pendant une quinzaine de minutes pour obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et ferme. Laissez la p\u00e2te reposer sous un torchon propre et sec, pendant 2 heures, \u00e0 l\u2019air ambiant<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\">Fariner une planche et \u00e9tendre la p\u00e2te au rouleau. Avec une roulette, d\u00e9couper dans cette p\u00e2te de larges rectangles de 5cm, triangles ou rubans que l&rsquo;on noue. Faire frire dans de l&rsquo;huile tr\u00e8s chaude.
