Saupoudrez-le \u00e9galement d\u2019herbes du maquis (ou d\u2019herbes de Provence) puis enfournez-le pendant 2heures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Arrosez votre viande de quelques cuill\u00e8res de bouillon. Continuer \u00e0 arroser votre poulet avec ce bouillon, de nouveau, toutes les demies-heures afin qu\u2019il ne s\u00e8che pas durant la cuisson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Astuce ! Pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson de votre poulet, plantez un couteau entre une cuisse et le blanc.
